Trotz seiner geringen Abmessungen überzeugt das DPA 4018-DE-D-B01-005 Supercardioid Tabletop Mic, 5 cm Tischmikrofon mit einer starken, frequenzunabhängigen Richtwirkung sowie einem gleichmäßigen und einheitlichen Frequenzgang außerhalb der Achse. Sein unauffälliges Design macht es zum idealen Tischmikrofon für Dialog-, Interview- oder Spot-Aufnahmen. Am Mikrofonkopf ist ein  fest montiertes, 3 m langes Kabel mit 3-pin XLR-Stecker seitlich rausgeführt.
