Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal is granted for commercial customers, companies, self-employed and freelancers.

As a consumer you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period shall begin from the day on the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires the possession of each of the goods ordered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you shall inform us (Teltec Aktiengesellschaft Peter-Sander-Str. 41c, 55252 Main-Kastel, Germany, +49 6134 58448-0, [email protected]) by means of a statement (e.g. by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the withdrawal right, it is sufficient if you send your statement of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of withdrawal for consumers

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days from the date on we received your statement of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same mode of payment as you used in the original transaction for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days after having informed us about your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the good.
