When it comes to upcoming investments, customers are always given the best advice so that they not only get the best product selection, but also the best price on the market - guaranteed!
If a comparable offer from another competitor is cheaper, Teltec will lower the price. Promised - or customers will receive a € 50,- voucher.
Here's how it works:
- Teltec guarantees the lower market price for all products from € 500,- of the current portfolio
- to claim the best price, the customer must submit a competitor's offer
- the quality of the competitor's offer must comply with Teltec's standard (dealer status, offer content, warranty conditions, etc.)
- Teltec reserves the right not to offer the best price in exceptional cases. This requires an explicit written rejection by Teltec.
- If in case of a written rejection within 14 days the invoice of an otherwise accepted offer is presented, the end customer (does not apply to resellers) will receive a voucher of € 50.
