Repair notification form | RMA
You can use the following form to register your device purchased from us for repair if it should not function properly. If the device is no longer under warranty or guarantee, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate for the repair.
To minimize the repair time of your device, please provide as much information as possible. Our service staff will get back to you within one business day and provide you with an RMA number.
Please do not send an item without an RMA number under any circumstances!
Teltec return shipping conditions
Please note that the transport risk for your return shipment must be borne by you as the sender according to our terms and conditions. Optionally, we offer you transport insurance (within the EU) for 1.9% of the value of goods (new value) of your return. You can confirm this by simply replying to your return ticket via email. The amount will then be invoiced to you or deducted from any credit for the return.
We are also happy to repair your device outside of a warranty claim directly in our Teltec service workshop in Hamburg.
