Die V-Mount Platte wird direkt an der Rückseite der Sony PXW-FX6 montiert und bietet eine sichere Plattform für V-Mount-Akkus. Die Platte besitzt außerdem einen 19,5V-Output mit einem LED, das bei niedrigen Akkustand aufleuchtet, sowie einen Hohlsteckeranschluss, um zwischen externem und On-Board-Strom zu hotswappen.
