Die V-Mount Akkuplatte wird an der Rückseite der Sony FX9 Kamera befestigt und versorgt die Kamera mit der richtigen Batteriespannung und Stromstärke. Der Anschluss an die Kamera erfolgt über das D-Tap-Stromkabel mit 19,5 V für die Sony FX9. Das Kabel reguliert die Spannung auf die richtigen 19,5 V.
