Der 3500CUBBLB mit Schaumstoff-Inlay von HPRC ist ein steifer Rucksack, der wasserdicht, luftdicht und unverformbar ist. Er besteht aus einem TTX01-Polypropylen-Kunstharz und hat eine mikrostrukturierte Oberfläche, um Kratzer zu vermeiden.
