Mit dem Ki Pro Rack reagiert AJA auf eine längst gängige Praxis: bei vielen Sendern finden sich in den Geräteräumen oftmals Ki Pro-Recorder, die zu ganz unterschiedlichen Zwecken verwendet und mehr oder weniger elegant in die 19-Zoll-Geräteracks eingebaut werden. Mit Ki Pro Rack gibt es nun eine Version des Ki Pro Mini, die für 19-Zoll-Racks vorgesehen ist. Ki Pro Rack bietet im Unterschied zum Ki Pro zusätzlich zwei Einschüben für SSD Medien.
